Nicole Whitaker
Nicole is an attorney in Tallahassee, Florida with a passion to fight human trafficking and eradicate injustice.
After undergraduate school in Nashville, Tennessee she worked for Free For Life International for a year before attending law school. Nicole has worked to amend the laws in Tennessee, Virginia and Florida in an effort to strengthen the penalties for trafficking both criminally and civilly. She represents survivors of trafficking and she is often asked to speak at conferences and training classes to address the law and the need for greater enforcement.
Nicole will continue to represent survivors as she serves as Vice President of Victress. Nicole will no doubt be the “face” of our work as she excels in public speaking and is fast becoming an expert in the area of trafficking. Her most ardent desire is to see the horror of human trafficking and the financial structures that support it demolished.
